The Home Recording Show is a podcast about recording audio in the home/project studio. Ryan Canestro one of the hosts from the podcast interviewed me last January about the state of accessibility for blind musicians. Since the interview Pro Tools 8.04 has been released with the previously mentioned new accessibility with Voice Over on the Mac. Finally musicians who are blind or visually impaired can now use the current version of Pro Tools. We are still working with Avid (formally known as Digidesign) to further the accessibility of Pro Tools and address all the remaining issues that are currently not resolved.
